Several financing options are available. Ask one of our Land Representatives about our financing packages starting at a fixed rate of 10.25%, with a 20% deposit and a 15-year term to pay for your land. All loans allow for pre-payment of the principle with no penalties. In addition to financing land, we can also, in some cases, finance cabins and cabin improvements.
