Chad Landry joined Christmas and Associates in 2011, after working for his family’s logging business in Tupper Lake, New York in the Adirondacks. Chad learned about hard work at an early age—spending weekends and days off from school with his father learning how to harvest lumber and manage timberlands.
Chad turned his love for working in the woods into a career at Christmas & Associates and his background is helpful to people who want to know the value of timber on their property. His years of experience with our company also make him adept at helping customers choose a site for building a cabin or locating the best spot for a driveway.
Chad says the best part about working for Christmas & Associates is meeting new people and talking with them about their hopes and dreams for buying land. When asked about his favorite land project from the past, Chad talks about a property he sold in Altona, New York in the northern Adirondacks. Says Chad, “The 347 acres was on the Great Chazy River near the Canadian border, and it had a miniature waterfall. It was heavily wooded and private…it really brought me a sense of calm and relaxation and the people who bought the land just loved it.”
When he isn’t showing land to customers, Chad enjoys skiing and doing home improvement projects around his house, as well as spending time with his daughter, Rylee and family and friends.
